Personal statement

Godsway Korku Tetteh is a Knowledge Exchange Associate at the Fraser of Allander Institute where he conducts economic evaluation of public sector programmes and projects. Previously, he worked for the Financial Regulation Innovation Lab as a Research Associate at the University of Strathclyde. His research explores the impact of digital technologies and financial innovation (FinTech) on welfare and private sector development. In addition to research, he has active engagement with the policy community. He worked with the Cambridge Centre for Alternative Finance to build the capacity of regulators and policymakers from across the globe in FinTech and regulatory innovation. He shares his research insights with international development organisations. Godsway has recently served as a panellist during the 3rd International Conference for Alternative Finance Research to discuss alternative finance and financial inclusion. He has a Ph.D. in Economics from Maastricht University and published in reputable journals such as Small Business Economics and World Development.
