Personal statement

As the University's Radiation Protection Officer, my role is to ensure that work with all forms of radiation within the University is carried out as safely as possible, and in accordance with all relevant legislation to protect both people and the environment. This involves liaising with the various departments who are using radiations, the University's RPA and government and regulatory groups. I previously worked for the Royal Navy as a member of the various health physics teams, before joining the University in 2015.
