Personal statement
I am a post-doc in the Department of Physics currently. I hold a doctoral degree in Atomic and Molecular Physics from Fudan University (China). My research interest includes two parts. The first is studying the atomic structure parameters including level energies, transition properties, and lifetimes. The second is studying the cross-sections of various electron-ion collision processes including electron impact emission, dielectronic recombination, radiative recombination, photon ionization, and so on. A further interest is analyzing astronomical spectra and exploring the origin of the universe.
