Why did you choose to study at Strathclyde?

This is easy – Strathclyde is centrally placed in the heart of the city, close to all amenities and is easy to access from rail or bus links.  It offers a friendly campus atmosphere, helpful staff, excellent teaching and a fantastic range of degree course choices.

What do you enjoy most about the Pre-Entry Access Course?

It was easy to fit around my life and offered an insight into subjects within the Social Sciences and Humanities faculty.

What advice would you give to a prospective student coming to study your course?

Be prepared to organise your time effectively and do some basic pre-reading just to familiarise yourself with your chosen subject area.

What specialist knowledge/professional skills have you developed studying your course?

Definitely improving my skills in analysis, critical thinking, report writing and time management.

How is your course helping to enhance your current career and prepare you for your future career?

I have become more aware of the bigger picture making me ready to accept further responsibility and career progression.

What are your ambitions for the future and how do you think your time at Strathclyde will help you achieve your goals?

Strathclyde has assisted me in believing in myself, this will be invaluable to my future job scoping and successes.
