Postive Changes Covid-19 Catalyst project

The Positive Changes Covid-19 Catalyst project lead by Dr Lynn Williams from the University Of Strathclyde's School of Psychological Sciences & Health, recently surveyed 3000 people and interviewed 48, to find out about the positive changes people made during the last national lockdown. The project, which was funded by the Chief Scientist Office, and developed in partnership with the Scottish Older People's Assembly (SOPA), has developed six films to share tips about making positive changes in lockdown.

The films can be viewed via SOPA’s Facebook page: https://www.facebook.com/scotopa

A selection of animations and infographics to share the findings have also been developed by Actify and can be viewed here: https://www.actify.org.uk/catalyst
