Strathclyde welcomes new Graduate Apprentices to Induction

The sun shone for the newest cohorts of Strathclyde Graduate Apprentices on Friday 13th September 2019 as over 160 new learners attended their on-campus Induction.

Enthusiastic learners from across all five GA programmes came together at Strathclyde Business School to be formally welcomed by Helyn Gould, Deputy Associate Principal Learning & Teaching to their programmes.

Learners enjoyed the opportunity to network and connect with those whom they will be studying alongside as well as those from across our GA programme portfolio. Activity for the day included a Faculty-led programme induction exploring the details of their specific programmes of study as well as a tour of our campus and library induction.

Since launching our first GA programme in 2017, Strathclyde now offers programmes in Business Management, IT Software Development, Cyber Security, Engineering Design & Manufacture and Civil Engineering. As programmes and learner numbers continue to grow, our institutional approach to programme design ensures these work-based degrees deliver for both learners and employers alike.

We extend a warm Strathclyde welcome to all our new learners and wish them all the very best of luck in their studies.
