Overview
The project aims at developing a code for the simulations of multiple phase flows with non-uniform magnetic fields to be used for the development of new manufacturing process of encapsulating ferrofluids inside a mobile shell layer for targeted drug delivery.Eligibility
Master degree in Mechanical, Aerospace or Chemical Engineering. Students with a degree in Physics, Mathematics or Computer Science may also be considered.

Project Details
The project aims at developing a code for the simulations of multiple phase flows with non-uniform magnetic fields to be used for the development of new manufacturing process of encapsulating ferrofluids inside a mobile shell layer for targeted drug delivery.
Funding details
The project is funded through the International Strategic Partner (ISP) Joint PhD Clusters.
The scholarship covers “Home” tuition fees and the payment of a monthly stipend for the 3 year period of study. The current total stipend for academic year 2023/24 is £18,622
