Marie's story
My name is Marie, I am a Research Data Support Officer in the University’s Research and Knowledge Exchange Services (RKES).
I have taken on the role of Dignity & Respect adviser because I would always wish to help and support anyone who is experiencing bullying, harassment, or victimisation.
I am a member of the University’s Disabled & Neurodiverse Staff Network and the Carer's Group. I am also a member of the Open Research Action Group. I spent time as a departmental Equality & Diversity Rep and was also a volunteer Trade Union Rep for several years, so have experience of providing advice and support to colleagues.
