Babcock Senior Leaders MBA

The Babcock Senior Leaders MBA is a programme delivered in accordance with Degree Apprenticeship regulations. This allows employers to utilise funding available from the government. This funding is managed through the Education & Skills Funding Agency (ESFA), allowing employers to have the flexibility to choose the institution to deliver their Degree Apprenticeship programmes and work with them directly.

ESFA funding is only available to those employees who are domiciled in England for a minimum of 50% of their time, however this model offers Strathclyde the opportunity to be a UK-wide provider of both Graduate and Degree Apprenticeship programmes supporting UK-wide employee development.

Babcock International chose to continue their education and development programmes with Strathclyde, and we have curated this MBA to meet their current needs as a business. The students come from varying positions within the corporation, internationally, with a breadth of experience – which creates a dynamic learning experience for all.

The basis of teaching on this programme is delivered via three day intensive seminars, followed by online teaching through webinars, videos and forums. We carefully design each module to suit the needs of both the learner and the employer.
