Our training is built on solid academic foundations of what makes a difference. Participants on our courses will be awarded a Certificate of Performance in Lean Six Sigma from the University of Strathclyde.

Our Lean Six Sigma training programmes are aimed at personnel - from business, manufacturing, service or transactional backgrounds - who are interested in engaging in continuous improvement activity.

Lean Six Sigma qualifications are suitable for anyone interested in business performance development. Some professions that would benefit include project engineers, process developers, business analysis and those who work in production. Lean Six Sigma training courses are particularly beneficial for managers, as they demonstrate a commitment to improving processes. 

We currently offer the following Lean Six Sigma training - please choose the course most appropriate to your needs or contact us for enquiries. Please note that there is a requirement to have a minimum number of participants in order for the course to run.  If the minimum number is not achieved 3 weeks prior to the first day of the course, then it will be cancelled.  Each delegate will be advised accordingly and will have the option to be transferred to the next run of the course or will be able to request a refund.

Yellow Belt

Duration: 2 days, 9am - 5pm 
Venue: University of Strathclyde, Glasgow

This two-day classroom based course is designed for personnel from a manufacturing, service or transactional background who are being considered for involvement in the Six Sigma approach to improvement.

Green Belt

Duration: 5 days, exc. Saturday and Sunday, 9am - 5pm 

Venue: University of Strathclyde, Glasgow

This five-day classroom based course is designed for personnel from a manufacturing, service or transactional background with an understanding of the Lean Six Sigma Green Belt areas of knowledge and will help to develop the critical skills required for successful project management.

Green Belt (3 day follow-on)

Further Information:This three-day classroom based course is designed for delegates who have already attended our Yellow Belt training programme and wish to progress to Green Belt level. The course will help develop the critical skills required for successful project management.
