Lean Six Sigma

Yellow Belt

Date: 7-8 September 2017
Duration: 2 days (9am - 5pm (lunch and refreshments included)

This two-day classroom based course is designed for personnel from a manufacturing, service or transactional background who are being considered for involvement in the Six Sigma approach to improvement.

Green Belt

This five-day classroom based course is designed for personnel from a manufacturing, service or transactional background with an understanding of the Lean Six Sigma Green Belt areas of knowledge and will help to develop the critical skills required for successful project management.

MSc/PgDip/PgCert Lean Six Sigma for Process Excellence

This unique course offers recent graduates and professionals an in-depth understanding of Process Excellence issues, a growing area of demand in all industry sectors, both manufacturing and service.

The course is primarily focused on the integration of two world class Process Excellence initiatives, such as Lean Thinking and Six Sigma, adopted by many leading manufacturing and service organisations. Participants will be equipped with state-of-the-art concepts, methods, principles, tool and techniques relating to quality and process improvement for all sorts of organisations (manufacturing, service and public sector) in a global context.
