The successful introduction of new digital solutions requires efficient operations and the effective use of data. Lean Six Sigma is an obvious platform for achieving this.
Lean Six Sigma is a powerful management tool that provides organisations with a systematic approach to enhance productivity, profitability and overall business performance. Virtually any key business process – operational, service, manufacturing, design, purchasing – where the Lean Six Sigma methodology is properly applied and sustained, could return high yield, bottom-line results.
For those organisations considering embarking on digital transformation, Lean Six Sigma can be used to build the foundations for sustainable change. In depth understanding of customers, simplification of processes and effective use of data are prerequisites for effective automation and the successful digitisation of operations, and these are key objectives of Lean Six Sigma.
