Colin is a chartered chemical engineer with over 30 years’ experience gained across the hydrocarbon value chain, having worked with a major oil and gas company in technical and commercial roles in the upstream, mid-stream and downstream sectors (refining and petrochemicals). Currently he is Energy Business Manager at INEOS Grangemouth, leading on the commercial aspects of energy and utilities delivery to the manufacturing businesses. Colin has supported the Centre for Energy Policy since its inception, participating in the centre’s advisory group and providing additional energy intensive industry perspectives to support the centre’s research work.
