2022 marks ten years of the Confucius Institute for Scotland's Schools, and we are excited to launch a new competition just for our Confucius Classroom Hubs.
We know that the primary, secondary and specialist hubs across Scotland are all different, and so are their learners, colleagues and communities. This inspired us to create a platform in which all our hubs could share their take on "Chinese in our Community".
So whether that means capturing learning in action, Chinese language or culture in their environment, pupils' work, fun activities, cultural celebrations, or community engagement, we can't wait to see what each hub submits.
We are inviting each hub to submit at least one image which should be as high quality as possible. Selected entries will be announced on 04 November, and a special edition 2022-23 calendar featuring the winning images will be shared across our network and with our many partners.
The deadline has been extended, on account of regional holidays, from 14 October to Friday 28 October.
