Nina Gersamia EEDR Mediation Center, Grigol Robakidze University Georgia (GRUNI)
Nina Gersamia is a lawyer, attorney, and educator with Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Law from Tbilisi State University. A member of the Georgian Bar Association since 2008, she has extensive experience in both legal practice and pedagogy. Nina worked at the National Agency of Public Registry under the Ministry of Justice of Georgia (2006–2011), contributing to major national projects. Since 2022, she has been actively involved in mediation and is a certified trainer accredited by the Georgian Association of Mediators. She heads the Early and Effective Dispute Resolution – Private Mediation Center and serves as an assistant professor and doctoral candidate at Grigol Robakidze University, as well as a visiting lecturer at Tbilisi State University. Her work focuses on mediation, negotiation, and effective communication.
