The oral proceedings of the International Court of Justice Advisory Opinion on climate change state obligations started on Monday 2 December 2024.  

More than 100 States and International Organisations are presenting their oral arguments before the judges. Law School Professor Francesco Sindico will join the team of one such organisation, the International Union for Conservation of Nature.
