Public lecture by Prof Richard Moorhead on The Post Office and their lawyers
On 29 May 2024, Professor Richard Moorhead (of the University of Exeter) delivered a public lecture at the University of Strathclyde on The Post Office/Horizon scandal.
One aspect of this scandal relates to the ethics and conduct of the lawyers who were somehow involved with it. Professor Moorhead is a recognised expert in this field and has commented widely on such matters in print and broadcast media. His lecture was entitled “The Post Office and their lawyers: an extraordinary orthodoxy”.
The text of Professor Moorhead’s lecture has been made available on his Substack page. His lecture has also been covered in a news story published by The Global Legal Post.
