Climate Change and the Role of EU Antitrust Law

My research explores how EU competition law can evolve to support climate action and sustainability. I focus on collaborative initiatives by private actors—such as joint climate-related standards or 'net-zero' agreements—and examine the legal tensions between traditional market regulation and ecological imperatives. My research combines doctrinal analysis with socio-legal insights, aiming to contribute to debates on climate governance and the role of EU antitrust frameworks in enabling a just green transition and societal transformations.
