At Strathclyde, we’re committed to ensuring job grades accurately reflect evolving responsibilities. If a role's duties permanently expand to a higher level, managers and/or job holders can submit a re-grading request to the Re-Grading Panel. The panel will then assess if the new responsibilities warrant a higher grade by comparing the re-grading application to the University's Job Level Descriptors.
