Melanie Smith, Senior Equality and Diversity Officer

Melanie Smith (she/her)

Melanie supports the embedding and advancement of equality and diversity throughout the university via her involvement across a broad range of inclusion policies, projects, charters and committees. she provides professional, administrative and research support and development to the equality and diversity manager and specialist advice and guidance to staff and students.

Melanie works full-time, Monday to Friday

 

Julia Harrison, Equality and Diversity Coordinator

Julia Harrison (she/her)

Julia provides project coordination, planning, and administrative support to the Equality and Diversity Team.  

Julia works part-time, usually Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday.

Simran Kaur, Equality and Diversity Engagement Officer

Simran Kaur (she/her)

Simran is part of the Equality and Diversity team and develops training and activities for staff and students on a variety of equality, diversity and inclusion topics.

Simran works in E&D part-time, usually Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday.

 

Sidonie Ecochard, Equality and Diversity Engagement Officer

Sidonie Ecochard (she/her)

Sidonie researches inequalities in Higher Education and designs courses for staff and students on topics related to Equality, Diversity and Inclusion in University spaces.  

Sidonie works in E&D one day per week, usually Thursday.

 

Adam Crawley, Equality and Diversity Engagement Officer

Adam Crawley (he/him)

Adam works in the Equality and Diversity team to develop and deliver a range of training and development activities relevant to equality, diversity and inclusion.

Adam works in E&D part-time, usually Wednesday and Thursday.
