The University of Strathclyde is a data controller under data protection legislation.
We collect the data in order for us to create a customer account and invoice for the room hire provided.
We may also share the information you provide with other University key service providers (e.g. Cleaning, Portering) necessary to meet your requirements to support the room hire.
We will not share this information with anyone outside the University.
Any personal data provided to us through email will be deleted after 2 years or upon request.
You have the right to access your personal data held by the University. Please contact dataprotection@strath.ac.uk to exercise this right.
