Additionally, the FMS System has been tested against a variety of End-User Devices and Browsers it appears to function well. However a few issues have been identified. The links below provide solutions to these issues.
Back Button
- As with almost all systems it is recommended (and in most case essential ) that you use the use the navigation within the application and NOT the browser ‘back’ button .

FMS BROWSER AND ACCESS ISSUES
If you experience ‘Web page cannot be found’ / ‘Bad Request’ error messages when accessing FMS then follow the guidance below for the browser you are using:
If the problem persists then:
- Make sure that restart the browser after clearing the cookies
- Use a separate browser session for FMS (this should help avoid the problem)
