The Strathclyde Leadership Development Programme consists of two independent modular programmes. The first programme, 1st Line Leadership, is designed to support new and aspiring Leaders, with the second programme, Leading for Strategic Outcomes, designed to support more experienced leaders wishing to build on their existing knowledge and experience. Participants on both programmes can shoose to work towards an Institute of Leadership and Management (ILM) qualification (charges apply).
1st Line Leadership
The programme is designed for anyone already in a 1st line leadership role who wants to develop existing skills, knowledge and best practice, or for anyone aspiring to a leadership role. This programme is mapped across to ILM level 3 in Leadership and Management.
Leading for Strategic Outcomes
The purpose of the programme is to equip experienced leaders with the confidence and skills to effectively lead complex and multi skilled teams. The programme has been mapped across to ILM level 5 in Leadership and Management.
