- During summer vacation we responded to 5,037 enquiries in person by email and phone.

- 18 scanned extracts made available on Myplace;
- 79 reading lists processed.
Research & learning support
- 309 students signed up to 'Library Lounge: Getting Started with your Dissertation' sessions;
- 5,946 students self-enrolled in Academic Library Skills module (since July 2021);
- 121 students signed up to EndNote Reference Management sessions;
- 16 clases delivered online and in-person;
- 85 one to one support sessions delivered;
- 4 classes recorded and made available online.
eResources
- 2,284 titles added to eJournal deals;
- 28,507 eBooks added to SUPrimo search;
- 31 videos made available online;
- 214 digital theses added to SUPrimo.
