What we're doing about this result:

We ran our campaign "Don't Be a Space Invader" and will repeat this at busy times.

What we're doing about this result:

Our plans to introduce a self-service binding station were interrupted by the COVID–19 pandemic.

We will revisit this as soon as we can.

Our Information Governance team created a Copyright Skills Boost session. We actively promoted these sessions with a mini campaign.

What we're doing about this result:

Our efforts to make more people aware of the Media Library and its offerings were interrupted by the COVID–19 pandemic.

We'll revisit this work as soon as we can.
