Semester 2
The Library building and Enquiries Desk follow these opening hours from Monday 19 January to Friday 3 April (inclusive).

Spring vacation and Easter weekend
Spring vacation runs from Saturday 4 to Sunday 19 April (inclusive).
The Library building is open as normal over the Easter weekend (3-6 April). However, the Enquiries Desk will be closed on Easter Monday (6 April).

24-hour opening
24-hour opening for the Semester 2 formal assessment period will start at 07:00 on Monday 20 April and end at 19:00 on Friday 22 May.
Summer vacation
Summer vacation begins on Saturday 23 May 2026. During vacations our opening hours are:

- Bank Holiday Monday 25 May
- Local holiday Friday 17 July-Monday 20 July (inclusive)
Extended hours for assessment resits
The Library offers extended opening hours for a limited time during the summer vacation to suppose those who are retaking exams or assessments. This year's extended opening begins on Monday 27 July and run until Monday 10 August as follows:
