Surveys at Strathclyde

Welcome to the Student Survey Team pages!

If you're a student at Strathclyde, we have a survey for you!

The University runs a number of different surveys throughout the academic year to help us gather as much information about your experience at Strathclyde as possible. Only by listening to you can we tell what we do well and identify areas for improvement. Your feedback on your experience is important! Find out which surveys are current to you on Myplace.

The surveys we run include:

National Student Survey (NSS)

Final year undergraduates have the chance to provide feedback on their course in this annual national survey. All Higher Education Providers participate in this survey and the NSS is open now!

Strathclyde Undergraduate Student Survey (SUSS)

All our undergraduates not eligible for the NSS still have a chance to tell us about their experiences in the SUSS. The SUSS runs every year and will launch in January 2020!

Postgraduate Taught Experience Survey (PTES)

Students on a postgraduate taught course are invited to provide their feedback in this annual survey, run in conjunction with Advance HE. This is a national survey that institutions can opt-in to and will open at Strathclyde in February.

Postgraduate Research Experience Survey (PRES)

Postgraduate students on a research course are invited to provide their feedback in this annual survey, run in conjunction with Advance HE. This is a national survey that institutions can opt-in to and will open at Strathclyde in February.

Graduate Outcomes Survey (GOS)

The GOS runs four times a year, and asks about the further study and careers of those who have completed a course at Strathclyde, 15 months after they gain their qualification. This is a UK wide surevy all Higher Education Providers participate in. We'll be in touch with leavers around 6 and 12 months after they complete their course to ask for updated contact details before the survey launches.

Welcome to Strathclyde

New to Strathclyde? On an undergraduate or taught postgraduate course? Then we want to hear from you! This survey runs just after the start of every new academic year. The survey is due to launch in October 2020.
