‘Research collaboration rarely happens in a single moment. This image captures everyday fragments of collaboration within a shared computational chemistry laboratory used by students from five different groups. Lab members converse across work areas, problem solve together at a whiteboard, informally mentor Master’s students, and exchange feedback on conference posters. A science fair bowl reflects collective outreach beyond the lab. These overlapping scenes show how collaboration is built through many small interactions. The collage combines artistic reinterpretations of the lab space by four PhDs from different supervisors, reflecting collaboration not only in research, but also in the creative process.’
