Standard Terms and Conditions (Services and Consultancy)
The University has Standard Terms and Conditions for Consultancy and Services. It is important that Consultancy and Services contracts are based on these Terms and Conditions as they have been carefully drafted to reflect the University's objectives and risk areas and ensure that the work is in the University's and the academics' best interest.
In some circumstances, it may be necessary to amend the University’s Standard Terms and Conditions. RKES must be involved in any amendment to the University’s Standard Terms and Conditions in order to check the appropriateness of the changes and to ensure that they are consistent with, and do not contradict, the other conditions.
Please note that all grants/contracts for Research activity should be sent to RKES.
