BeneLex Learning Module on benefit-sharing and farmers' rights

This module highlights opportunities to protect farmers’ rights by relying on both international environmental law and international human rights law. It discusses various ways in which farmers’ rights can be protected, looking at the obligations of States in that connection. It will focus on opportunities to promote farmers’ rights at the national and international levels. Using case studies and scenarios, it allows users to apply what they have learnt.
