SCELG at the Mexican Supreme Court

Francesco Sindico contributed to a webinar organised by the Mexican Supreme Court (Centro de Estudios Constitucionales de la Suprema Corte de Justicia de la Nación). The webinar launched a book on climate change Litigation titled “Antología Judicial Ambiental II: El cambio climático en los tribunales: desarrollos y tendencias sobre justicia climática en el derecho comparado (AJA II)”. The book has been published in collaboration with the Global Judicial Institute for the Environment and the  Instituto Interamericano de Justicia y Sostenibilidad (IIJS). The book is available (in Spanish) at https://www.sitios.scjn.gob.mx/cec/biblioteca-virtual/antologia-judicial-ambiental-ii The webinar allowed Francesco to refer in his comments to the Climate Change Litigation Initiative (C2LI) which provides users with information on climate change litigation in over 30 countries around three scenarios.
