C2LI was triggered by the work that Dr Francesco Sindico and Dr Makane Moise Mbengue carried out in the framework of the 2018 International Academy of Comparative Law Congress that will lead in 2021 to the publication of a book by Springer titled “Comparative Climate Change Litigation: Beyond the Usual Suspects”.
