Nathan is based in GSK, Stevenage and his studies involve exploring struture, function and dynamics of proteins using computational approaches. Nathan is supervised by Dr David Palmer (Strathclyde) and Dr Chun-wa Chung (GSK).
Nathan Gittens, part of industrial PhD cohort 6, has been awarded an EU Cooperation in Science and Technology (COST) scholarship. This win will allow Nathan to attend the 2018 Autumn Workshop in Structural Proteomics in Finland, with all expenses covered.
COST is an EU-funded programme that enables researchers to set up their interdisciplinary research networks in Europe and beyond.
