Personal statement

I have been with SCER since 2006 and in this time have worked across a number of projects and research areas including job quality, skill utilisation, employee relations and equality at work. My current focus concerns interrogating the links between fair work and innovation in the workplace. The aim of this programme of work is to advance understanding of the choices, capacities and constraints policy-makers and firms encounter in pursuit of mutual gains.
