Personal statement
As a Senior Strategic Planner within the Strategy and Policy Directorate my role involves: managing and developing the Sector Information Dashboards; Collating and developing the institutional activity maps; supporting the tracking and management of student applications monitoring against intake targets and the annual planning round; collating and analysing management information to help support the strategic aims of the University; delivering enhancements to existing data driven processes including student equality and diversity monitoring and bench marking; producing ad-hoc management information for Court & Executive Team as required. I am also a member of various institutional working groups and committees (Race Equality Working Group, Survey Metrics Working group, Admissions management Committee and FlexEd working group). Through my work on Strathclyde University Retention framework, I strive to improve student retention, progression and outcomes through innovative data analysis by informing and collaborating with faculties in making data lead decisions and improving the student experience at Strathclyde.
