Personal statement

My research so far has focused on the experiences of employees in the third sector. I am currently managing a Knowledge exchange project which was designed in collaboration with the Glasgow Council for the Voluntary Sector (GCVS). I completed my master’s degree in International HRM with distinction at Strathclyde, where my research on HRM systems in small social enterprises received a prize for research excellence. I am also a recipient of the University's Student Excellence Award, which, alongside GCVS, funds my PhD research designed in partnership with GCVS.
