All Pay As You Go users must register on our Management System prior to their first visit. Users can register themselves, or the process can be completed at reception.
When you register we collect the following information:
- First and Last Name
- Date of Birth
- Contact details - e-mail, contact number
- Gender (female, male and other)
- Title (Doctor, Lady, Miss, Mrs, Ms, Professor, Unknown, Master, Mr, Sir, Mx)
