A gym orientation is a scheduled 60-minute appointment with a Fitness Instructor that gives you the opportunity to tour the facility, and learn about the exercise machines, including the digital technology available for your use along with free weights and other resistance training equipment.
This in return will make you feel more comfortable on the floor and be able to use the machines safely while getting an effective workout.

Our experienced team of Gym Instructors are here to inspire, motivate and improve your performance in the gym.
Book online for a 45 minute one-to-one appointment with a member of the gym team. During the appointment they will discuss your needs and goals and will give you a programme based to help you achieve these. This service is free to members. If you are a non-member you will be charged the pay as you go entry fee upon arrival (£5.00).

Know Your Colours
Session will allow you to establish and keep a check on your FTP (Functional Threshold Power) through a preparatory warm up with a 5 minute high intensity interval at maximum intensity followed by a cool down. An accurate FTP will allow you to gain the full benefits of Coach by Colour sessions by identifying your colour zones for different intensities.
