Sauna and Steam Room Opening Times
Monday to Friday - 7.15am to 9.30pm
Saturday and Sunday - 9.15am to 5.30pm
The sauna and steam room are open during these hours except Monday 2-3pm and Friday 3-4pm when there is exclusive access for those attending the swimming session.
