Sauna and Steam Room Opening Times
Monday to Friday - 7.30am to 9.30pm
Saturday and Sunday - 9.00am to 5.30pm
The sauna and steam room are open during these hours except Monday 7.30pm-8.30pm and Friday 3-4pm when there is exclusive access for those attending the swimming session.

Please note the sauna and steam room will be closed on Saturday 3rd October due to an event.
