Graduation Hiring your gown

You can hire your gown from  Ede & Ravenscroft. You'll need to do this at least three weeks before your ceremony.

Ede & Ravenscroft will have a limited number of gowns available to hire on the day but a late order may incur an additional fee so make sure you order yours in time!

When can I collect my gown?

You can collect your gown, either:

  • on the day before your ceremony, 3pm to 4pm (excluding Mondays)
  • on the day of your ceremony, 9am onwards

Gown collection and photos

Collect your gown from the Learning Village, Level 2 of the Learning and Teaching Building.

Have your photo taken in the Venue, Level 2 of the Students Union in the Learning and Teaching Building.

How do I return my gown?

Before you leave, make sure you return your hired gown and hood no later than 5.30pm on the day of your ceremony.
