Summary

The University of Strathclyde, Bahrain, is delighted to offer full tuition fee scholarships to two exceptional students undertaking the MSc Economics & Finance and MSc Finance programmes at the University of Strathclyde Bahrain campus for the September 2026 intake.  These scholarships are available to candidates who can demonstrate in their programme application, excellent academic performance (current or previously gained) and any relevant extra-curricular or professional experience.  There is one full fee scholarship available for each of the above mentioned MSc programmes.

 

 

Eligibility

The President's Excellence Scholarships are open to students intending to study one of the following Masters programmes offered at the University of Strathclyde, Bahrain:

MSc Economics & Finance - Bahrain

MSc Finance - Bahrain

The awards are not available to students planning to enrol on courses delivered at the University of Strathclyde campus in Glasgow.

In order to be considered for a President's Excellence Scholarship, you must already hold an offer of a place on either the MSc Economics & Finance - Bahrain or the MSc Finance - Bahrain programme.

All prospective University of Strathclyde, Bahrain students are eligible to apply for an award, regardless of their nationality or country of permanent residence. 

Successful candidates will be notified by 31st August.

Typically, students will not be eligible for a President's Excellence Scholarship if they are also in receipt of scholarships or sponsorships from other funding bodies.
