Ranjit's story

I work as a senior teaching fellow in the Business School and as the programme director of one of the Masters programmes.

I have been actively involved in supporting students on a personal level dealing with ailing relatives during Covid as well as continuing their studies. I worked in human resources for over 20 years before becoming a teaching fellow, so I have experience of dealing with cases of bullying and harassment in the workplace.

I am keen to support staff using my knowledge and experience. I am an active member of the Race Ethnicity & Migration Network – REM.
