OSDU has been an ILM centre since 2002 and has a suite of Management and Leadership programmes available. Our current programmes cover Management and Leadership and Coaching and Mentoring.
The management and leadership programmes aim to develop a broad range of management and leadership skills for those starting out or aspiring to lead a team through to middle managers who are wishing to expand their leadership role. Our development programmes are relevant across a wide range of organisations and spans various career stages. Further details of our programmes are below.
The coaching and mentoring programme offers those who wish to train as a coach or have responsibility for developing others to gain a recognised coaching qualification.
