Education EnhancementStudent feedback

The University of Strathclyde continually works to ensure that you receive the best student experience during your time here. By giving your feedback you can help identify strengths and weaknesses, while influencing future improvement.

Student surveys

The University runs a number of different surveys throughout the academic year to help us gather as much information about your experience at Strathclyde as possible. Only by listening to you can we tell what we do well and identify areas for improvement.

You can find a full list of the surveys we will be running this academic session on the Student Survey Team pages.

Student module evaluation

At Strathclyde, students are invited to provide feedback on their learning and teaching experience on each module. Sharing your experience helps us continue to improve the design, delivery, and assessment of modules.

From Academic Year 2021-22, Strathclyde is introducing our institution-wide approach to Student Module Evaluation, which brings consistency to the way student feedback is captured across all of our Faculties, Departments and Schools.

You can find tutorial videos and information on the Module Evaluation – Information for Students Myplace page.

For any other queries about module evaluation, please contact modules@surveys.strath.ac.uk.

Student policies

The Policies & Procedures webpages for students list the relevant academic policies and other materials that help support students throughout their time at Strathclyde.

These pages mainly focus on policies that are to do with learning and teaching, however, you can find a full list of all the University’s policies on the Policies and Procedures pages.

Please note that these webpages are predominately for all students (undergraduate, postgraduate taught and postgraduate researchers). However, staff may wish to refer to these webpages in order to help support students with understanding the University’s Academic Policies and Procedures.

StrathReps project

This will be the second year that students will be able to nominate themselves to be Programme Reps (formerly Class Reps) in the Strathclyde Mobile App.

Reps will be given access to a MyPlace class to complete Rep Training.

Please contact strathunion.rep@strath.ac.uk if you have any other questions.
