Internal Room Bookings
- Room Booking does not provide a conference service and staff will be advised to contact Conferencing and Events if additional services are required.
- When catering is the only additional requirement, please email firstname.lastname@example.org in order to arrange the service.
- Rooms have standard set up, normally for teaching. If an alternative set up or removal of furniture is required please contact email@example.com to discuss the options.
Out of Hours Bookings
Please note that all requests, amendments and cancellations for bookings outside Mon-Fri 9-5 must be submitted by Tuesday 12 noon of the preceding week AT THE VERY LATEST. Bookings cancelled or amended after this deadline may still incur security charges (if applicable).
