Methods of Payment
The simplest way to pay fees is online using the University’s secure payment system.
To make payment online by credit/debit card go to the On-line Payments webpage.
Direct transfer of funds to the University’s bank account.

To help us identify the bank transfer and allocate this to your account please ensure your bank quotes details of Payment
ie. – Your Name, Student Number, Applicant Number, Invoice Number.
Please note the remitter/payer is responsible for any bank charges incurred.
Once payment has been sent please email a copy of the bank transfer document to the Cash Office by email

Recurring Card Payment - Tuition
Please refer to the section detailing information on payment of tuition and accommodation fees by Reccurring Card Payment.
Cheques/Bank Drafts should be made payable to University of Strathclyde in Sterling (GBP) and drawn on a British Bank.
Please ensure your name, student number and payment details are written on the back of the cheque.

Payment by cash for other fee payments can be made at the Cash Office located in:

However the University's preferred method of payment is Online.
The Cash Office opening hours are 10.00am to 4.00pm (Monday – Friday).
