The Professional Services helpdesk provides dedicated IT support to Professional Services staff.
Academic staff and students should contact the Enquiries desk in the Library for Library or IT support.
We are open from 08:30 to 17:00 on weekdays.
We are based on the ground floor of the McCance building.
You can contact us by phone or email. An out-of-hours service is also available.
We can help with:
- Hardware installation
- Software installation
- Processing of User Access Request and temporary IT account forms
- Laptop support
- Issuing IP addresses
- Configuration of mobile devices
- Connection to the University network
- Printer configuration
