The Library's display area, near the main enquiries desk on Level 3, is available to members of the University community. They can book for events relating to:
- student health/wellbeing
- study/exam skills development
- campus development
- student elections
- careers

When booking you must agree to abide by our terms and conditions. Library management reserve the right to refuse a booking, if this is in the best interests of our students.
Display space terms and conditions
- when using the Level 3 display space, you must not approach students who are working in the Library
- you may approach students who pass the display space when entering, leaving, or moving around the Library
- for student elections, each candidate may: 1. display one poster, maximum size 42cm by 29.7cm (A3), on the wheeled blue noticeboard. We will remove any additional posters, or posters displayed elsewhere in the Library. 2. leave one neat stack of leaflets/flyers on the counter at the display space. We will remove leaflets/flyers left elsewhere in the Library
