Prior to submitting a request for a transfer to another programme, you must discuss this with a staff member from the department you wish to transfer into and your current Adviser of Studies/Supervisor/Academic Department.
If after the discussion you still wish to proceed with the transfer request, please complete the application form by clicking on the relevant link below. As part of the application you will be asked to upload a supporting statement which provides the reason for your transfer.
The application will be considered by the new academic department and the visa compliance team if applicable. Student Business will notify you of the outcome of your request via your university email and update your student record if required.
If your transfer request is approved and you have indicated that you wish to leave your current programme of study with immediate effect, your student status for the current session may need to be updated to voluntary suspension. This will depend on when your application is received.
