Please read the information below carefully to find out the implications of personal, academic/exam board decisions in relation to your student visa.
Graduate Route
We review eligibility for the Graduate Route for current Student Route visa holders where confirmation of an eligible award has been recorded. UK Visas and Immigration consider the following to be eligible for Graduate Route application:
- UK bachelor’s degree
- UK postgraduate degree
- Diploma in Professional Legal Practice in Scotland
- Postgraduate Certificate in Education (PGCE) or Postgraduate Diploma in Education (PGDE)
Where all other requirements have been met, we aim to submit our notification of Graduate Route eligibility to UKVI within five working days. You can view confirmation of this report having been submitted to UKVI on your Student Curriculum PEGASUS page.
If you intend to apply for the Graduate Route visa, you should check that the visa number and expiry date on this page match the details on your Biometric Residence Permit (BRP) card and that your term address is correct.
For more information on applying under this route and the eligibility requirements, please see our Graduate Route pages.
